Simple baize cake recipe
The baeta cake is a cake with the consistency of a pudding, soft and delicious, also known as a cake. It is perfect to serve as a snack or for breakfast and pleases those who prefer a soft cake instead of a fluffy one. Ingredients for making a simple baize cake:
1 liter of milk
2 eggs
2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)
2 cups of sugar (320 grams)
2 tablespoons of butter
lemon zest (optional)
How to make a simple baize cake:
Prepare the baize cake by placing all the ingredients in a blender and beating until you get a smooth, liquid dough.
Then grease a round pan with a hole in the center with butter and pour the dough into it. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180ºC until tender, which will take approximately 1 hour. To check the point of the baize cake, just do the toothpick test.
After the previous step, remove your simple baize cake from the oven and let it cool down almost completely before unmoulding. Enjoy this delight to accompany a good coffee or your favorite tea and good appetite!
